A novel carcinoma binding monoclonal antibody is provided herein. Such monoclonal antibody specifically binds at least some human lung, colon and breast carcinomas and: (a) specifically binds to TF-beta-HSA, but not to Tn-HSA, and further specifically binds the epitope specifically bound by monoclonal antibody 1155H.7; or (b) specifically binds the epitope specifically bound by monoclonal antibody 170H.82. Radioimmunoimaging agents are also provided in which such antibodies are tagged with radiometals or radiohalogens.
