A card is formed by at least one flap having a front and a rear face with an audio play back device secured to the rear face of the flap. A speaker which produces an output of any material recorded on the audio play back device and a control member which operates the speaker are also provided. The control member is accessible at the front face of the card through an opening in the flap which makes it easy to operate the audio play back device without having to manipulate the entire card.
