ABSTRACT In a tool for drilling a hole through the material in a vessel, to accommodate removal of said material. It is known to have a tubular shape, with a cutting edge with retractable inside cutting teeth to accommodate the removal of the material inside the drill pit. In this invention a hold with an adapter is secured to the top to prevent hydraticing. Air or water under pressure can be applied to help remove the material from the inside. The tool has to have an apparatus hooked to the top, in order to drive it. The drill pit can vary in diameter and length depending on the job to be done. The most common size would be 8" in diameter and 24" long. The cutting edge and the inside cutting teeth also will vary in shape and size depending on the work to be done.
