An apparatus for manufacturing hollow articles made of plastics having internal undercuts, comprising at least one compression-molding unit (S), which is composed of an upper male mold part (1) which comprises a plug (15) and of a lower female mold part (2) which is aligned, along a vertical axis, with the male mold part (1), means for actuating the mold parts (1, 2) between a spaced position, at which a dose of plastic material sufficient to mold an article is deposited in the female mold part (2), and a mutually adjacent position, in order to produce the compression molding of an article, the male mold part (1) comprising a plug, which can slide in a sleeve (34) that constitutes an extractor (36) associated with the plug in order to remove the molded article when the mold parts are in the spaced position, the apparatus comprising a tube (30) which can slide in the sleeve (34), a stem (3) which is accommodated coaxially inside the tube (30), the tube (30) having an end portion (32) provided with angularly distributed seats in which respective oscillating elements (41) are articulated along radial planes, the elements being provided externally with recesses ( 45) whose shape is complementary to the shape of the undercuts, the stem (3) being suitable, during the closure of the mold, to actuate the oscillating elements ( 41) into an external position, in which they form, with the end portion of the tube (30), the plug for molding the articles, and, during the opening of the mold, to allow the elements to assume an internal position in which the undercuts are disengaged from the recesses in order to allow the extractor (36) to remove the articles from the plug.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication d'articles creux en plastique à contre-dépouilles internes. L'ensemble comprend au moins une unité de moulage par compression (S). Elle comporte un moule mâle supérieur (1) à tampon (15) et un moule femelle inférieur (2) verticalement dans l'axe du moule mâle (1). Un organe assure le déplacement des moules (1, 2) entre une position écartée et une position rapprochée. En position écartée, il est possible de déposer dans le moule femelle (2) une quantité suffisante de matière de moulage pour l'article à mouler. La position de rapprochement permet d'exercer la force de compression nécessaire au moulage de l'article. Le moule mâle (1) comprend un tampon. Une possibilité de coulissement dans un manchon (34) constituant un extracteur (36) associé au tampon, permet de retirer l'article moulé lorsque les moules sont en position écartée. L'appareil comprend un tube (30) capable de coulisser dans le manchon (34). Une tige (3) est reçue coaxialement dans le tube (30). Une extrémité (32) du tube (30) est garnie de sièges répartis angulairement dans lesquels différents éléments oscillants (41) s'articulent le long de plans radiaux. Ces éléments sont garnis extérieurement d'évidements (45) dont la forme est complémentaire à celle des contre-dépouilles. Pendant la fermeture du moule, la tige (3) permet d'amener les éléments oscillants (41) en position extérieure faisant qu'il forment avec l'extrémité du tube (30) le tampon de moulage des articles. par contre, pendant l'ouverture du moule, les tiges permettent aux éléments de revenir en position intérieure dans laquelle les contre-dépouilles sont dégagées des évidements de façon à permettre à l'extracteur (36) de retirer les articles du tampon.
