ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A simple carrier for elongated articles such as hockey sticks includes a thin, rectangular metal strip for placing against one side of the article, a female Velcro (trademark) strip attached to the outer surface of the metal strip which bows outwardly to define a handle for carrying the article, and a pair of transversely extending male Velcro strips sandwiched between the ends of the metal strip and the female Velcro strip for wrapping around the article to secure the metal strip and handle to the article. Of course, a plurality of articles can be stacked together and carried by a single carrier.
