The present invention comprises a carrier of food, water, and at least one toy for pets. The carrier has a base comprising a receptacle containing food and/or water, a removable cover for the receptacle and at least one toy. The carrier may optionally have another receptacle also containing food or water, as well as a toy receptacle for the toy, a pet treat receptacle containing pet treats, and a bandana for fastening to the pet. The carrier and all of its elements may be placed in a removable wrapping to hold all of the elements in place. In addition, the removable covers may also be used as flying discs, thus providing an additional toy. The carrier, toy, and removable covers may optionally be fabricated from a chewable flavoured plastic palatable to the pet to encourage play and chewing. The carrier may also be made of disposable and recyclable material. In addition, the carrier may be sold in the form of a kit that the pet owner puts together.
