A carrying device for carrying stick electrodes by welders is disclosed. The carrying device is elongated and rectangular in shape. It comprises a flame- retardant durable canvas, an adjustable fastening system for fitting users of varying sizes. The system attaches easily to stationary objects such as overhead fixtures, ladders, equipment and belts. The device also comprises a hook and pile flap that covers the opening of the device to keep contents dry, and an insert at the bottom of the device to prevent the contents from penetrating the bottom of the device.
