ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a carton for containers which have the shape of a truncated cone. The carton can be used for shipping or storing the containers or for displaying them at the point of sale. In accordance with the invention, the side and end walls of the carton include ventilation openings so that the loaded containers are ventilated. The cartons are also designed to prevent movement of a top carton relative to a bottom carton in stacks of cartons. The inven- tion also relates to blanks for forming the cartons.
