A carton accommodating primary containers such as beverage cans arranged in at least three lateral rows in which the centre of said rows has fewer containers than adjacent rows. The carton comprises a pair of superposed tray structures (70) which are connected together by a wrapper (10) having a handle structure (52). The trays each have a retaining keel (94) extending inwardly of the tray for retaining the centre row of containers in an inwardly offset condition with respect to the adjacent rows of containers.

Le carton comprend une paire de structures en plateau superposées (70) qui sont réunies par un emballage (10) doté d'une poignée (52). Les plateaux comportent chacun un rabat de retenue (94) s'étendant vers l'intérieur de chacun d'eux afin de retenir la rangée centrale de réceptacles de façon à ce qu'elle soit décalée vers l'intérieur par rapport aux rangées adjacentes de réceptacles.
