ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A packaging machine is disclosed in which leading and trailing carton flaps are folded by means of a pair of folding pins positioned intermediate adjacent cartons in a series of cartons. The folding pins are movable along substantially circular paths to fold the flaps inwards over the ends of the cartons positioned adjacent to each other.
