ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A carton tray formed from a flat carton blank including a bottom wall panel, four side wall panels integral with the bottom wall panel along four side fold lines and a gusset wall panel integral with each pair of adjacent side wall panels along two end fold lines extending from a corner point in angularly related relation with respect to one another. In erected condition, each gusset wall panel is brought into surface-to-surface abutting relation with an end portion of one of the associated pair of adjacent side wall panels defined by one of the associated two end fold lines. An adhesive adheres each gusset wall panel with the associated one side wall end portion to thereby form a sealed integral corner construction between each pair of adjacent side wall panels which is defined (1) exteriorly by the associated gusset wall panel adhesively adhered in abutting relation to the associated one side wall end portion with the associated one end fold line extending generally in a plane coincident with an interior surface of the associated one side wall panel from the associated corner point and (2) interiorly by another of the associated two end fold lines extending from the associated corner point along the surface of the associated one side wall panel.
