A carton for containing a plurality of articles. The carton has a plurality of panels that extend at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels include a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. At least two end flaps are respectively foldably attached to respective panels of the plurality of panels. The end flaps are overlapped with respect to one another and thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. The carton includes a handle in the closed end of the carton having a handle opening for grasping and carrying the carton. At least one end flap of the at least two end flaps has a main panel for at least partially closing the closed end of the carton and a reinforcement panel foldably attached to the main panel.

L~invention concerne un carton destiné à contenir une pluralité d~articles. Le carton est doté d~une pluralité de panneaux qui s~étendent au moins partiellement autour de l~intérieur du carton. La pluralité de panneaux incluent un panneau supérieur, un panneau inférieur, un premier panneau latéral et un deuxième panneau latéral. Au moins deux rabats intérieurs sont respectivement attachés, de manière à pouvoir se plier, à des panneaux respectifs de la pluralité de panneaux. Les rabats intérieurs se chevauchent pour former ainsi au moins partiellement une extrémité fermée du carton. Le carton comprend une poignée au niveau de l~extrémité fermée du carton dotée d~une ouverture pour poignée afin d~empoigner et de porter le carton. Au moins un rabat intérieur parmi lesdits rabats intérieurs est doté d~un panneau principal pour fermer au moins partiellement l~extrémité fermée du carton et d~un panneau de renfort attaché, de manière à pouvoir se plier, au panneau principal.
