A carwash brush having a pair of annular hubs, each hub having a planar annular surface. A plurality of elongated fingers each have a first end sandwiched in between the hubs so that the fingers extend radially outwardly from the hubs and so that the second or outer ends of each finger are circumferentially spaced from each other. The first ends of the fingers are continuously bonded to the hubs. Preferably, both the hubs and the forgers are constructed of a closed-cell foam.
