ABSTRACT The present invention provides for a case for a portable computer and accessories. The case has a top portion and a bottom portion hingedly attached together such that the top portion is movable between an open position and a closed position relative to the bottom portion. The bottom portion includes a resilient interior filling having openings therein for firmly holding a portable computer and other accessories. The bottom portion further has a flattened undersurface for supporting the case with the portable computer and accessories in a stable position, the case being balanced when the top portion is in the open position with the computer and the accessories therein to allow full use of the computer and accessories when in the case.
