The invention relates to a case for disc-type optical recording media. The inventive case comprises a base (1b), a corresponding cover (1a) and a spine (1c) which connects the base and the cover, the cavity of said base (1b) being provided with a tongue element (2). One end of the aforementioned tongue element is articulated to the base at point 2b while the other end (7) thereof is articulated to the spine (1c) of the case or to the cover (1a), such that the tongue element (3) moves towards or away from the base (1b) when the case is being closed and opened. Moreover, the tongue element (2) is provided with disc support and fixing means or, more specifically, a series of flexible projecting elements (5) which extend into support teeth (5a). According to the invention, when the tongue element (2) is in the raised position, the above- mentioned support teeth (5a) can be inserted into the hole in the disc and, when the tongue element is lowered as the case is being closed, said teeth are pushed outwards by means of a rod (6) which is solidly connected to the base (1b) of the case, thereby blocking the disc.

L'invention concerne un étui pourvu d'un corps base (1b) présentant un couvercle correspondant (1a) et un dos (1c) qui les met en rapport, ledit corps base (1b) recevant en son sein une languette (2) unie par articulation au niveau de (2b) à celui-ci et reliée par son autre extrémité (2), de manière articulée également, au dos (1c) de l'étui ou au couvercle (1a) de manière que ladite languette (3) se déplace vers le fond (1b) et s'écarte de celui-ci, pendant les manipulations de fermeture et d'ouverture de l'étui. C'est la languette (2) qui présente les moyens de mise en place et de fixation pour le disque, plus concrètement une série de tenons flexibles (5) qui se terminent en dents de retenue (5a) qui, en situation d'élévation pour la languette (2), peuvent être couplées au niveau du disque et qui, lorsque ladite languette descend lors de la manipulation de fermeture de l'étui, sont projetées vers l'extérieur par une tige (6) solidaire du fond (1b) de l'étui, provoquant le blocage du disque.
