A seal assembly is used to create a seal in the gap between a surface casing and a production casing. The seal assembly is a bushing located between the two casing tubulars. Anchor rings move radially to engage casings and a packing expands to seal the gap between the casings. In some embodiments, the seal assembly is a split design wherein it may open along an axial seam to be placed around the production casing.
