A casting mould for keeping the cast compound together and supporting it on cast- ing elongated objects, standing on an underlayer and extending vertically comprises a flexi- ble elongated enveloppe (3) being substantially inelastic and having an opening (7) at one end thereof for supplying cast compound (6). The envelope is arranged to be held substan- tially vertically while being stretched by cast compound introduced through said opening (7) so as to form a casting mould having a circular cross section, extending vertically and supporting and keeping the cast compound together.
