The present invention is made to integrate a catalyst and other component(s) to be combined with the catalyst to reduce the number of components, and to reduce contact resistance of the integrated components. A configuration is formed in which a conductive region is provided in at least a portion of a base 3, and a carbon catalyst 2 is formed in the conductive region. The configuration is formed by attaching a carbon precursor polymer to the base and carbonizing the carbon precursor polymer.
La présente invention vise à réduire le nombre de composants en intégrant un catalyseur à un autre composant qui doit être utilisé en combinaison avec le catalyseur, et à diminuer la résistance de contact de l'élément intégré. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, une zone conductrice est constituée dans au moins une partie d'une base (3) et un catalyseur au carbone (2) est constitué dans la zone conductrice. La configuration susmentionnée peut être obtenue en faisant adhérer un polymère précurseur au carbone à la base puis en carbonisant le polymère précurseur au carbone.
