The invention relates to a catalyst based on titanium silicalites with a metal or alkaline metal concentration of between 0.05 and 2% by weight. It also relates to a process for obtaining N, N-disubstituted hydroxylamine by hydrogen peroxide reaction with the corresponding disubstituted amine in the presence of the said catalyst.
