The present invention discloses catalyst compositions for producing polyurethane products having improved heat and humid aging properties and to processes for the manufacture of polyurethane products using such catalysts. The catalysts are based on a blend of at least one compound having a tertiary amine and isocyanate reactive group and at least one compound having a quaternary ammonium alkoxide moiety and at least one tertiary amine group wherein the later compound is partially or completely neutralized with at least one acidic compound.

La présente invention concerne des compositions de catalyseur destinées à produire des produits de polyuréthanne présentant des propriétés améliorées de vieillissement à la chaleur et à l'humidité ainsi que des procédés de production de produits de polyuréthanne utilisant ces catalyseurs. Les catalyseurs sont basés sur un mélange d'au moins un composé ayant une amine tertiaire et un groupe réactif isocyanate et d'au moins un composé ayant une fraction alcoxyde d'ammonium quaternaire ainsi qu'au moins un groupe amine tertiaire, le dernier composé étant neutralisé partiellement ou entièrement à l'aide d'au moins un composé acide.
