An object of the present invention is to provide a hydrotreating catalyst capable of being produced by a simple method and capable of realizing ultra-deep desulfurization of sulfur components in gas oil without requiring severer operating conditions as well as capable of reducing nitrogen components simultaneously, to provide a process for producing the catalyst, and to provide a process for desulfurizing gas oil using the catalyst. The invention relates to a catalyst containing on an inorganic oxide support 10 to 40% by weight of a metal in the Group 6 of the periodic table, 1 to 15% by weight of a metal in the Group 8 of the periodic table, 1.5 to 8% by weight of phosphorus, each in terms of an oxide amount based on the catalyst, and 2 to 14% by weight of carbon in terms of an element amount based on the catalyst, wherein the catalyst has a specific surface area of 150 to 300 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.3 to 0.6 ml/g, and an average pore diameter of 65 to 140 .ANG., and wherein the catalyst has a certain NO adsorption FT-IR spectrum after sulfidation treatment, a process for producing the catalyst, and a process for desulfurizing gas oil using the catalyst.
La présente invention concerne un catalyseur d'hydrotraitement qui peut être produit à l'aide d'un moyen simple et avec lequel il est possible de procéder à une désulfuration super-profonde du carburant diesel tout en réduisant simultanément sa teneur en azote sans qu'il soit nécessaire de mettre en place des conditions d'exploitation rigoureuses. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de désulfuration d'un carburant diesel au moyen de ce catalyseur. Ledit catalyseur comprend un support d'oxyde inorganique sur lequel est formé un dépôt constitué de 10 à 40 % en poids d'un métal du groupe 6 de la table périodique, de 1 à 15 % en poids d'un métal du groupe 8 de la table périodique, et de 1,5 à 8,5 % en poids de phosphore, s'agissant pour chacun de la quantité d'oxyde par rapport au catalyseur et de 2 à 14 % en poids de carbone s'agissant de la quantité d'éléments par rapport au catalyseur. Ce catalyseur présente une aire de surface spécifique comprise entre 150 et 300 m<sp>2</sp>/g, un volume de pore compris entre 0,3 et 0,6 mL/g, et un diamètre moyen des pores compris entre 65 et 140 ANGSTROM . Le catalyseur, après sulfuration, présente un certain spectre FT-IR d'adsorption des oxydes d'azote.
