The invention concerns a method for catalytic (cyclo)condensation of monomer isocyanates, characterised in that it comprises: a) reacting starting monomer isocyanates with a catalyst comprising a mineral or organic salt of a compound of formula (I), wherein Y?-¿ is selected among: a negatively charged oxygen atom, and a carbonaceous radical comprising a negative charge borne by an atom of column VB of the periodic table or by an oxygen atom advantageously by a nitrogen atom and whereof the bond with the silicon of formula (I) is borne by an atom of column VB of the periodic table, advantageously by a nitrogen atom; wherein R¿1?, R¿2? and R¿3?, identical or different, represent a monovalent hydrocarbon radical having advantageously 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or a precursor of said compound, at a temperature of at least 20 ·C and advantageously of at least 40 ·C and not more than 200 ·C, advantageously not more than 150 ·C; b) stopping the (cyclo)condensation reaction at the desired transformation rate; and c) optionally eliminating unreacted monomers or the reaction with other reactive compounds with the isocyanate function.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de (cyclo)condensation catalytique d'isocyanates monomères, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend: a) la réaction des isocyanates monomères de départ avec un catalyseur comprenant un sel minéral ou organique d'un composé de formule (I) où Y- est choisi parmi: un atome d'oxygène chargé négativement; et un radial carboné comportant une charge négative portée par un atome de la colonne VB de la classification périodique des éléments ou par un atome d'oxygène avantageusement par un atome d'azote et dont la liaison avec le silicium de la formule (I) est portée par un atome de la colonne VB de la classification périodique des éléments, avantageusement par un atome d'azote; où R1, R2 et R3, identiques ou différents, représentent un groupe monovalent hydrocarboné ayant avantageusement de 1 à 30 atomes de carbone, ou un précurseur dudit composé, à une température d'au moins 20 ~C et avantageusement d'au moins 40 ~C et d'au plus 200 ~C, avantageusement d'au plus 150 ~C, b) l'arrêt de la réaction de (cyclo)condensation au taux de transformation souhaité et c) l'élimination éventuelle des monomères n'ayant pas réagi ou la réaction avec d'autres composés réactifs avec la fonction isocyanate.
