ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A catalytic combustor arrangement for use with a gas turbine power plant, has an array of modularized catalytic reactor members. The array of catalytic reactor members may have diluent fluid flow paths between one another, complement- ing the modularity therein. The diluent fluid passageways may be disposed to also be used to provide a cooling film about the inlet vanes of the turbine. The combustor arrange- ment permits NOx reduction as well as reduction of other harm- ful emissions therefrom.
