PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION : L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'époxydation catalytique des oléfines au moyen du peroxyde d'hydrogène. Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on met en contact une oléfine et du peroxyde d'hydrogène au sein d'un sol- vant en présence d'une quantité catalytique de bore ou d'un dérivé minéral ou organique du bore ou d'un mélange de ceux-ci à une température comprise entre 120°C et 200°C, sans procéder à l'éli- mination de l'eau produite en même temps que l'époxyde. L'invention permet d'obtenir des oxydes d'oléfines avec une haute sélectivité et de très bons rendements.
