A process for preparing N-acylglycine derivatives of general formula (III) is characterised in that a carboxylic acid amide of general formula (II) is carbonylated with an aldehyde of formula RCHO in the presence of a solvent and of a mixture comprising a palladium compound, an ionic halogenide and an acid which acts as a catalyst, at a temperature from 20-200 ~C and under a CO- pressure from 1-150 bars.
Ce procédé de préparation de dérivés de N-acylglycine de formule générale (III) se caractérise en ce que l'on effectue la carbonylation d'un amide d'acide carboxylique de formule générale (II) avec un aldéhyde de formule RCHO en présence d'un solvant et d'un mélange comprenant un composé de palladium, un halogénure ionique et un acide qui sert de catalyseur, à une température comprise entre 20 et 200 ·C et sous une pression de CO comprise entre 1 et 150 bars.
