The coil (64) includes a first portion (66) including a first material and a second portion (68) including a second material different from the first material. The second portion (68) of the coil (64) is disposed inwardly of the first portion (66) of the coil (64). The catheter (12) is configured so that it can be used as an innner cathether in an implantable medical endoprosthesis delivery systems (10).
