A catheter assembly (100) includes a catheter body (110) that extends from a distal end (104) to a proximal end (102). The catheter body includes a first delivery lumen (130), and a second lumen, such as an actuator lumen (122), where the second lumen extends from a position near or at the distal end to an intermediate portion that does not extend through the proximal end of the catheter body.
