ABSTRACT A medical device is disclosed which may be useful for low profile gastrostomy feeding. Catheter 10 cooperates with an adjustable external bolster (32) to prevent inward tube migration and can be locked in place to eliminate tube slippage. Externally molded on the outside wall (11) of catheter (10) is a series of saw tooth rings (18) which cooperatively and adjustably fit with internal saw tooth rings (39) on bolster (32). External flanges (37,38) on bolster (32) prevent tube migration after bolster (32) has been permanently positioned on catheter (10).
