The present invention relates to catheters (30) for use in the medical arts, and more particularly relates to such catheters (30) having a reinforcing filament (40A, 40B, 45A, 45B) associated therewith. The catheters (30) according to the present invention provide an improved reinforced catheter having enhanced torque characteristics.
