Abstract of the Disclosure A cathode-ray tube includes a shadow mask mounted therein. The mask includes a substantially rectangular apertured portion through which electron beams pass. Within the apertured portion, the mask has curvatures along its major and minor axes. The curvature along the major axis is greater at the sides of the apertured portion than at the center of the mask.
