CATHODIC ELECTRODE ABSTRACT A polymer bonded sheet product suitable for use as a cathodic electrode in a non-aqueous battery system wherein the cathodic electrode is a microporous sheet composed of from 6 - 10 weight percent polyethylene having a molecular weight of 200,000 to 500,000, 90 - 94 weight percent of titanium disulfide particulate material and from 0 to 2 weight percent of a plasticizer for the polyethylene; the sheet having a void volume of from 15 to 25 percent.
