There is provided a cationic ester surfactant comprising at least one ester linkage and at least one cationically charged group characterized in that said cationically charged group is an ammonium group substituted by at least one hydroxyalkyl group. Surfactant systems and detergent compositions suitable for use in laundry and dishwashing methods containing the cationic ester surfactants are also provided.
Ester cationique tensioactif constitué d'au moins une liaison ester et d'au moins un groupe à charge cationique caractérisé par le fait que ce groupe à charge cationique est un groupe ammonium substitué par au moins un groupe hydroxyalkyle. Sont décrits également des systèmes de tensioactifs et des compositions détergentes contenant ces esters cationiques tensioactifs, adaptés au blanchissage et au lavage de vaisselle.
