The cationic liposomal formulations of the present invention provide nucleic acid and gene product delivery devices having a glycosaminoglycan covalently attached to the liposome surface. The glycosaminoglycan can be any glycosaminoglycan, including but not limited to hyaluronic acid, the chondroitin sulfates, keratan sulfate, chitin and heparin. Preferably, the glycosaminoglycan is hydraulic acid. The present invention also provides methods of preparing the nucleic acid-liposome formulations.

L'invention porte sur des préparations de liposomes cationiques qui sont des dispositifs de fourniture d'acides nucléiques et de produits géniques présentant un glycosaminoglycane fixé par covalence à la surface d'un liposome. Le glycosaminoglycane, qui peut être tout glycosaminoglycane, dont non exclusivement: de l'acide hyaluronique, des sulfates de chondroitine, du sulfate de kératane, de la chitine et de l'héparine, est de préférence un acide hydraulique. L'invention porte en outre sur les procédés d'obtention desdites préparations.
