An expression system for a protein or heterologous gene including a recombinant vector, for use in transducing haematopoietic line cells and particularly stem cells, whereby the transduced cell expresses the protein or heterologous gene only in mature T cells after repertory selection, said vector being provided with all the sequences required for its expression, and characterised in that it contains at least one amplifier for a CD4 gene of the same or another species.

Système d'expression d'une protéine ou d'un gène hétérologue comprenant un vecteur recombinant, utilisable pour la transduction de cellules de la lignée hématopoïétique, notamment les cellules souches, de sorte que ladite cellule ainsi transduite n'exprimera la protéine ou le gène hétérologue que dans les cellules T matures après la sélection du répertoire, ledit vecteur étant pourvu de toutes les séquences nécessaires à son expression, et caractérisé en ce qu'il contient au moins un amplificateur d'un gène CD4 de même espèce ou d'espèce différente.
