In order to simplify and lower the costs of production and to facilitate installation and assembly, aluminium ceiling elements, for channelling the heat transfer medium, exhibit a hose (2), preferably consisting of polyurethane, which, for the purpose of ensuring good heat transfer, is clamped between two parallel contact walls (4a, 4b), which are formed, for example, by a surface strip of a ceiling panel (1) and the underside of a guide plate (6), with the result that it presses elastically against said contact walls with a large part of its outer surface. The clamping action can be assisted by a slight superatmospheric pressure in the heat transfer medium. A slit (7), through which the hose (2) can be drawn into the groove, is left between the border of the guide plate (6) and the ceiling panel (1).
