ABSTRACT A ceiling panel 10 formed in one piece has, on one of its faces 22 a channel 15 of part cylindrical cross-section for receiving a pipe 14 A clip which extends about the pipe has a part circular central section 18a which lies against the pipe 14, two legs 18b which extend obliquely outwards from said central section, the free ends of said legs extending inwards towards each other to form retaining feet 21. The panel is also formed with lengthwise undercuts 20 on face 22 of the panel in which under- cuts 20 the feet 21 of the clip 18 are engaged by snap action, thus securing the pipe 14 to the panel 18.
