ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A suspended ceiling structure is described. The structure includes a plurality of elongate rails suspended in a grid pattern, and at least one ceiling lighting unit supported on said rails. The unit includes a light assembly, two end supports which co-operate with the rails to support the light assembly, and two oppositely inclined light re- flecting panels. The light assembly includes a light source disposed substantially below the line of intersection of planes containing said panels. Electrical outlets and telephone outlets are located above the ceiling structure and the rails of the structure are formed with apertures pro- viding access to said outlets for electrical cables and the like. .
