ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention is an easy-to-use emergency strob-light road safety device, which attaches to the driver's side window of a motor vehicle, signalling help to passing motorists. The product consists of a wand like moulded plastic handle with an attached clip, that mounts on the exterior of the motor vehicle's window. When rolled up the apparatus extends above the vehicle about 14 inches. At which time the attached electrical cord is plugged into the vehicle's 12-volt plug-in lighter , the strobe light hazard indicator on the top of the apparatus will flash, indicating a motorist in trouble to knowledgeable drivers with cellular phones and through an incentive program to make the trouble call.
