By taking the problems occurring in the prior art into consideration, it is intended to provide a cell-adsorbing column which is accompanied by little risk of cell denaturation or induction of cell differentiation caused by contact thereof with cells, has a certain surface area of an adsorbent and yet a small packing volume of the adsorbent and has such a compact size as ensuring favorable handling properties and reducing the load on a patient. Namely, a cell-adsorbing column packed with an adsorbent which comprises fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.5 µm or more but not more than 10 µm and having a surface area of 0.5 m2 or more but less than 10 m2, characterized in that the packing volume of the adsorbent is 100 ml or less.
La présente invention concerne une colonne adsorbeuse de cellules qui présente un faible risque d'une dénaturation cellulaire ou d'une induction de la différenciation cellulaire provoquée par son contact avec les cellules. La colonne présente une certaine surface d'agent adsorbant avec cependant un volume de conditionnement réduit dudit agent adsorbant, et sa taille est à ce point compacte qu'elle garantit des propriétés de maniabilité et une réduction de la charge imposée au patient favorables. Ainsi l'invention concerne une colonne adsorbeuse de cellules remplie d'un agent adsorbant qui comporte des fibres dont le diamètre est de 0,5 µm ou plus sans être supérieur à 10 µm, et dont la surface est de 0,5 m2 ou plus sans être supérieure à 10 m2, la colonne étant caractérisée en ce que le volume de conditionnement de l'agent adsorbant est de 100 ml ou moins.
