The invention concerns a cell and tissue culturing unit comprising a base (1) equipped with access means (7, 8) designed to be connected to a feeding device in a culture medium and delimiting at least the side walls (5) of a culture chamber (6) and at least the side walls of at least a well (3-i) communicating by one at least of its upper and lower parts with the chamber (6), and removable closing means (10, 15-i, 17-i) for enabling access to the chamber (6) and to the well (3-i).
