A cell culture substrate device comprising a frame and a cell culture substrate material is disclosed. The frame is adapted to releasably secure the substrate material in preferably a flat configuration for the attachment of cells. The substrate material may further comprise a support layer. The device may be placed within a container, e.g. Petri-dish.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de substrat de culture de cellules comprenant un cadre et un matériau substrat destiné à la culture des cellules. Le cadre est conçu de manière qu'il permet de fixer de façon libérable et de préférence selon une configuration plate le matériau substrat sur lequel les cellules viendront s'attacher. Le matériau substrat peut également comporter une couche support. Le dispositif peut être placé dans un conteneur, par exemple une boîte de Petri.
