The invention concerns a cell/ligand specific marking system, said system being characterized in that it comprises: (a) an endothelial precursor cell (EPC) including a cell marker selected among the group consisting of the Eph (in particular EphB4 or EphB1), and (b) a protein material of structure L-K, which consists of a ligand (L) specific of said marker and is associated or fused with a binding protein (K), said system being capable of providing a proangiogenetic cell material of structure EPC-Eph-L-K. The invention also concerns said cell material as product capable of stimulating angiogenesis, its preparation method and its therapeutic use, in particular with respect to vascular insufficiencies.
La présente invention concerne un système du type marqueur cellulaire/ligand spécifique, ledit système, étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : (a) un précurseur de cellule endothéliale (EPC) comportant un marqueur cellulaire choisi parmi l'ensemble constitué par les Eph (notamment EphB4 ou EphBl), et (b) un matériau protéinique de structure L-K, qui est constitué d'un ligand (L) spécifique dudit marqueur et est associé ou fusionné avec une protéine de liaison (K), ledit système étant capable de fournir un matériau cellulaire proangiogénique de structure EPC-Eph-L-K. Elle concerne également ce matériau cellulaire en tant que produit capable de stimuler l'angiogenèse, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation en thérapeutique, notamment vis-à-vis des insuffisances vasculaires.
