Method for manufacturing a cell-like honeycomb structure, formed from a plurality of thermoplastic sheets (101) attached to each other, wherein contoured areas (2a and 3a) are provided in each sheet, and each free sheet (101b) is attached to an adjacent sheet (101a) of an intermediate block (21) formed by the different sheets previously attached therebetween, welding at least some of the flat areas (3a and 2b) contacting this free sheet and this adjacent sheet with a laser source along a continuous line (L) parallel to the contour axis.
Procédé de fabrication d'une structure alvéolaire en nid d'abeilles, formée de plusieurs feuilles (101 ) d'un matériau thermoplastique assemblées les unes avec les autres, procédé dans lequel on réalise des zones pourvues de reliefs (2a et 3a) dans chaque feuille, et on assemble chaque feuille libre (101b) à une feuille adjacente (101 a) d'un bloc intermédiaire (21 ) formé par les différentes feuilles assemblées entre elles au préalable, en soudant au moins certaines des zones planes en contact (3a et 2b) de cette feuille libre et de cette feuille adjacente avec une source laser, selon une ligne continue (L) parallèle à l'axe des reliefs.
