A cell observation aiding instrument including opposed first surface member (115) and second surface member (117) and, positioned therebetween, stopper (150) for inhibiting cell migration. The first surface member (115) and the second surface member (117) define, disposed between opposite surfaces thereof, cell accommodation space (110) for accommodating multiple cells in a migration permitting fashion. At least one of the first surface member (115) and second surface member (117) is a member permitting optically observing of the interior of the cell accommodation space (110) from outside. At least one stopper (150) is disposed in the cell accommodation space (110).
L~invention concerne un instrument d~observation de cellules, comportant un premier élément de surface (115) et un deuxième élément de surface (117) opposés entre lesquels est disposé un tampon (150) servant à bloquer la migration de cellules. Le premier élément de surface (115) et le deuxième élément de surface (117) définissent, entre des surfaces opposées, un espace récepteur de cellules (110) servant à recevoir une multitude de cellules par effet de migration. Au moins un élément parmi le premier élément de surface (115) et le deuxième élément de surface (117) est un élément permettant l~observation optique par l~extérieur de l~intérieur de l~espace récepteur de cellules (110). Au moins un tampon (150) est disposé dans l~espace récepteur de cellules (110).
