Disclosed is a method for proliferating a cell collected from a living body in vitro rapidly and in a large quantity for the purpose of providing a safe and effective pharmaceutical agent for use in the repair/regeneration of a tissue of a living body. Specifically disclosed is a method for culturing a cell in a sample collected from a living body to proliferate the cell. It is preferred to carry out the method in a culture medium which has been determined as being negative for a serum cancer marker and/or an infection factor in advance and which contains a serum from the same species, and to adjust the quantity of an anticoagulant agent (e.g., heparin, a heparin derivative, or a salt of heparin or the heparin derivative) to be added to the collected sample to a quantity less than 5 U/mL of the volume of the sample or adjust the quantity of the anticoagulant agent to a quantity less than 0.5 U/mL in the culture medium before the culture is started. Also disclosed is use of the method.
L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de faire proliférer in vitro une cellule recueillie d'un corps vivant de façon rapide et en grande quantité dans le but d'obtenir un agent pharmaceutique sûr et efficace destiné à être utilisé dans la réparation/régénération d'un tissu d'un corps vivant. De façon plus précise, l'invention porte sur un procédé de culture d'une cellule dans un échantillon recueilli d'un corps vivant pour faire proliférer la cellule. On préfère réaliser le procédé dans un milieu de culture qui a été déterminé à l'avance comme étant négatif pour un marqueur sénique de cancer et/ou un facteur d'infection et qui contient un sérum provenant de la même espèce, et ajuster la quantité d'un agent anticoagulant (par exemple, l'héparine, un dérivé de l'héparine, ou un sel de l'héparine ou le dérivé de l'héparine) qui doit être ajouté à l'échantillon collecté en une quantité inférieure à 5 U/ml du volume de l'échantillon ou ajuster la quantité de l'agent anti-coagulant à une quantité inférieure à 0,5 U/ml dans le milieu de culture avant que la culture ne soit commencée. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation du procédé.
