La mise en suspension permet une production à grande échelle par culture en bac. Cette culture en suspension ne nécesite aucun substrat. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant, en utilisant la cellule considérée, de produire de façon économique, très sûre et très stable un virus destiné à un vaccin.
