The present invention provides scientific basis for design of the anti- Alzheimer treatment by blocking mRNA dendritic transport in direction from neuronal somata to senile plaques. Scientific rationale for this treatment comes from a discovery of dendritic origin of senile plaques. Particular interest is given to the design anti-Alzheimer's therapy a early disease stage (presenile Alzheimer stage). At early disease stage immature senile plaques import mRNAs from the cell bodies whereas at late stages the mature plaques do not Interruption of mRNA flow from cell body to immature plaque seems to be possible within a time window of presenile stage. This invention is also a basis for designing a technical therapy procedure including in vitro and in vivo prototype technique, pre-clinical animal model and clinical human model to combat the disease.
