The invention concerns a packaging container (2) generally polygonal in shape flared outwards, produced from a cut out and folded cellular plastic blank, said container (2) comprising a base (4) and side walls, said walls (5, 6) being formed from side panels of the blank mutually linked, and a reinforcing and prehensile outer frame (7) enclosing the side walls (5, 6) and comprising mutually linked side members (8, 9) integral with the side walls (5, 6). The side members are formed from at least four flaps extending the blank side panels and spirally wound. The invention is useful for transporting mail by air.
Bac de conditionnement (2) de forme générale polygonale évasée vers l'extérieur, réalisé à partir d'une ébauche plane en matière plastique alvéolaire découpée et pliée, ce bac (2) comprenant d'une part un fond (4) et des parois latérales (5, 6), ces parois (5, 6) étant formées à partir de panneaux latéraux de l'ébauche reliés entre eux, et d'autre part un cadre extérieur (7) de renfort et de préhension qui entoure les parois latérales (5, 6) et qui comprend des longerons (8, 9) reliés entre eux et solidaires des parois latérales (5, 6). Les longerons sont formés à partir d'au moins quatre volets prolongeant des panneaux latéraux de l'ébauche et enroulés en spirale. Application au transport aérien de courrier.
