Abstract of the Disclosure A cellular pressure-sensitive adhesive membrane comprising 15 to 85% voids that does not collapse after being briefly compressed, has remarkably good adhesion on contact with rough surfaces and remarkably good flexibility and conformability at sub-freezing temperatures. The membrane is preferably a copolymer of monomers, at least one of which is an acrylate.
