The present invention relates to a heterologous cellulase fusion construct, which encodes a fusion protein having cellulolytic activity comprising a first catalytic domain derived from a fungal exo-cellobiohydrolase and a second catalytic domain derived from a cellulase enzyme. The invention also relates to vectors and fungal host cells comprising the heterologous cellulase fusion construct as well as methods for producing said cellulase fusion protein and enzymatic cellulase compositions.
L'invention concerne une construction de fusion cellulase hétérologue codant une protéine de fusion présentant une activité cellulolytique, comprenant un premier domaine catalytique issu d'une exo-cellobiohydrolase fongique et un deuxième domaine catalytique issu d'une enzyme cellulase.
